This weekend - Sausage Festival in Monchique

The 22nd Traditional Sausage Festival is taking place in Monchique this weekend.  

It promotes and sells the  traditional sausages which have been produced in Monchique for generations.  As well as sausages you will be able to buy and taste many other regional specialities, honey, cheese and the local fire water.
