"Ticks all the boxes
Just back from a 7 night stay at the Holiday Inn. Normally we wouldn't return to the same place twice, however we are seriously thinking about doing 14 nights next year. Neither of us could fault the hotel, the resort, the beach or the people.
I would recommend upgrading to a sea view though, its not expensive and is soooooooooooo worth it, the view of the beach and sea, and also the sound of the waves is wonderful. This is a family, couples and older people resort, not for the party goers, although there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs, cocktail bars etc, but no booming night clubs, which makes it the perfect chill out location. A. de pera is very pretty and spotlessly clean, the old part is lovely.
The beach is gorgeous and the Holiday Inn has absolutely got prime position, literally right on the beach, with a short walk to shops bars and restaurants, of which there are plenty. The Holiday Inn is very chic and modern with a bit of a retro twist to it. The rooms are compact but really lovely. Again the balconies are rather small too, but a small table and two chairs was all that was required so it was fine. Highly recommended."
