Prawns, cooked with a special mix of lentils

Lamb Dopiaza
This a Muslim dish supposedly created in the late 16th century by accident. The recipe calls
for two lots of onions (the name means onions twice), in the base sauce and also
at the end of the cooking – almost as a garnish

Chicken Palak
    Bite size pieces of chicken breast cooked with onions, garlic and spices and finished
with tender green spinach

Tandoori Mix
A selection of chicken and lamb prepared in our special Tandoori
Marinade and cooked in the tandoor and served with our Chef’s special sauce

Bombay Alu
Our Chef’s special vegetarian curry with potatoes and spices

This is a traditional dish that was brought from Persia by the Parsees who settled in India.
It is hot and sweet and sour – cooked with spices and coconut milk

Lamb cooked with green peppers, onions and tomatoes

Biryani of your choice
Our Biryani’s are served with rice, sultanas, tomatoes, ground almonds and a Biryani sauce
