The 14th Caldeirada Festival

will be taking place in Armação de Pêra on Saturday, 23rd and Sunday, 24th June, 2012.

Caldeirada” is a typical Algarvian dish which consists of stewed fish and sea food with potatoes, onions ,tomatoes, pimentos, spices wine and olive oil.

A number of local restaurants, including our Por do Sol Restaurant participate, and as well as serving Caldeirada we will also have other typical fish dishes available.
 
The Holiday Inn will serve its ´Caldeirada feast` for dinner daily on both days and both hotel guests and local residents are invited to join the celebrations.
