White Night - Loule
The fourth edition of White Night (Noite Branca) will take place in Loule on Saturday, 28 August 2010.
Shops will be open till midnight adorned in white and with their windows decorated in due style. Jewellery shops, shoe shops and others will have special discounts for those wearing white.
The Cerca do Convento, in the central part of the city, will be transformed into an idyllic setting, recalling a gigantic living room where white is the common element, connecting different elements.
Lots of artists – jugglers, fire-eaters, living statues, clowns, magicians and entertainers, all clad in white, will be bringing the event to life.
Admission is free, but the organisers, on behalf of the local authority, appeal to everyone to wear white.
